What is Athlete Development Consulting?
Athlete development is about developing the whole athlete, not just performance. I provide mentorship and guidance for youth and parents to help athletes navigate the sports world, including recruiting, on-court skill development, basketball IQ, major transitions such a injury, role changes and retirement from sport.

Do you only work with basketball players?
No. While my background is in basketball, the skills i teach can apply to any sport and performance setting. On the firld, court, track, or beyond the game.

Can mental health really improve performance?
Absolutely! Mental kills impact decision-making, confidence, consistency, and resilience. Athletes who train their mindset ofter see improvement in both performance and enjoyment of their sport.

How long are virtual sessions?
60 minutes

Do parents need to be involved?
Parent involvement depends on the athlete's age and needs. For younger athletes, parents may be involved in goal-setting or check-ins. For older athletes, sessions are more independent, with boundaries around confidentiality.

I work with youth, high school, collegiate, and emerging professional athletes across all sports, as well as parents and teams loookin to better support athlete development.

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Athlete development consulting and mental skills coaching as not therapy. While my work is informed by mental health training, sessions focus on performacne, mindset, personal growth. Not diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

What does a typical session look like?
Sessions may include:

How often should athletes meet with you?
Consistency matters. Many athletes meet weekly or biweekly, but frequency is based on goals, season demands, and individual needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-show may be charged.
